How Sendloom handles registration information, Google authorization, campaign data and support requests.

Effective date: 14 October 2026

Sendloom is operated by Sanesh Samad Karyad, Karyad House, 6th Street, Island Avenue, Punkunnam, Thrissur, Kerala 680002, India ("Sendloom", "we", "us"). For privacy questions, contact support@sendloom.in.

1. Information we process

2. Google account access

With your authorization, Sendloom uses Google Sheets permissions to read selected spreadsheet data and write campaign tracking fields; Gmail sending permission to submit emails that you initiate; limited Drive file access for attachment handling; and Google identity details to confirm the signed-in user. Apps Script permissions also enable its interface, external service calls and scheduled tasks.

Sendloom does not request Gmail inbox-reading access for its current send-only functionality. A Gmail API success response does not guarantee delivery, inbox placement, opens, clicks or replies.

3. Why we use information

4. Service providers and storage

Sendloom uses Google Apps Script, Google Sheets, Google Drive and Gmail APIs for its add-on and registration workflows. Registration information and feedback records are processed in Google services used by the operator. Resend processes transactional emails such as verification links and support notifications. Netlify hosts this static website, and Cloudflare provides DNS and email forwarding for our support address. Each provider may process technical information necessary to deliver its services.

Campaign records can be stored in Apps Script user properties and tracking fields are written into the user's spreadsheet. Users control sharing and retention of their own spreadsheets. We do not sell Google user data or use Google API data for advertising.

5. Google API Services User Data Policy

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide or improve user-facing features, for security and support, or as otherwise permitted under that policy.

6. Sharing and security

We may share information with infrastructure providers only as needed to operate the services, or when legally required. We use account verification and access controls intended to reduce unauthorized access. No internet transmission or storage environment can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Retention, correction and deletion

Registration and support records may be retained while an account is active and for a reasonable period needed for operational, security or legal purposes. Campaign tracking records in users' spreadsheets remain under their Google account's control. Exact retention periods for every diagnostic record have not yet been established. You may request access, correction or deletion of account-associated information at support@sendloom.in. We verify account ownership before acting and may retain information where required by law.

Revoking Google account authorization prevents future access using that authorization but may not erase historical spreadsheet content or information already processed by external recipients.

8. International processing

Our service providers may process information outside India in accordance with their infrastructure and applicable terms.

9. Children

Sendloom is intended for professional use and is not designed for children. We do not knowingly solicit registration from children.

10. Updates and contact

We may update this Policy to reflect service changes, and will post the revised version here with an updated effective date. Contact support@sendloom.in, or write to Sanesh Samad Karyad at the address above.

Operational review before OAuth submission: The operator should validate these disclosures against the production implementation, especially retention and account deletion, before representing them as comprehensive.
