Terms of Service

The conditions for using Sendloom and its Google Sheets mail-merge functionality.

Effective date: 14 October 2026

These Terms govern Sendloom, operated by Sanesh Samad Karyad, Karyad House, 6th Street, Island Avenue, Punkunnam, Thrissur, Kerala 680002, India. Questions may be sent to support@sendloom.in.

1. Using Sendloom

Sendloom is a Google Sheets add-on for composing personalized emails, managing campaigns and tracking Gmail submission outcomes. Users must have a compatible Google account, grant necessary permissions, and complete registration and email verification where requested.

2. User responsibilities

You are responsible for the contact information, messages and attachments you choose to process or send. You must comply with applicable privacy, data-protection, consumer-protection and anti-spam laws, Google's policies and the terms governing your Google account. Obtain necessary recipient permissions, honor opt-out requests and do not send unsolicited, deceptive, abusive, unlawful or malicious communications.

3. Sending limits and outcomes

Sendloom uses your authorized Gmail account for mail-merge campaigns. Google sets sending limits, quotas, restrictions and acceptance rules, which may change. Sendloom cannot guarantee that a submitted message will be delivered, opened, read or replied to. Status information may indicate submission to Gmail rather than confirmed receipt.

4. Fees and availability

Sendloom is currently offered without a Sendloom subscription fee during its prelaunch period, subject to Google's applicable usage limits. Features, eligibility, availability and future pricing may change with notice as appropriate. No paid plan or future unlimited access is promised by these Terms.

5. Google services and third parties

Google Sheets, Gmail, Google Drive, Apps Script and the Google Workspace Marketplace are separate services subject to their own terms. Transactional verification emails may be sent through Resend. Third-party availability can affect Sendloom's operation.

6. Security and acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass account verification, interfere with the service, misuse authorization or access other users' information. We may suspend access to protect users or comply with legal obligations.

7. Intellectual property

Sendloom's name, website, user interface and original application materials belong to their respective rights holders. You retain rights to your own recipient data, messages and other content, subject to applicable law.

8. Disclaimers and liability

Sendloom is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not make guarantees of uninterrupted service, error-free sending, specific delivery rates or continued feature availability. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Ending use and data requests

You may stop using the application and revoke Google permissions. For assistance with registration data access or deletion, contact support@sendloom.in. Removal of the add-on does not automatically remove records from your own spreadsheets or recall emails already sent.

10. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer protections and applicable law, disputes are subject to competent courts in Kerala, India.
